Members' activities

In today's complex economic environment, the activities of ESEDA’s member companies play a significant role in securing the uninterrupted flow of credit, as:

  • They reduce the level of bad debts.
  • They educate the consumers on how to best service their payment obligations
  • They act as a safety valve which can reduce the pressure on the consumers and help them avoid lengthy and costly legal battles.

The activities pursued by ESEDA member companies are the following:

  • They only inform debtors by telephone
  • They suggest mutually beneficial settlements for the payment of outstanding debts.
  • They inform consumers on how to service and to better manage their payment obligations.
  • They respond to debtors’ requests, by communicating with their clients, so as to achieve a more favorable collaboration framework.
